The service and provider

Mytably is a reservation, space and staff management application provided by Wideview Entertainment, the sole proprietorship of Georgios Tsokas. Address: Parapotamos, Igoumenitsa, Greece. VAT EL138390786. GEMI 145334028000. Contact: [email protected], +30 210 220 5089.

Business access is activated by arrangement. There is no public sign-up. The written quote and service agreement specify the package, price, duration, renewal, termination and support. Requesting a demonstration is not a purchase.

Accounts and permissions

Each person uses individual credentials and their assigned role. The business must provide accurate details, keep staff permissions current and report suspected misuse. Sharing passwords, accessing another business without permission or bypassing security restrictions is not permitted.

Online requests and reservations

Submitting the public form creates a request. A reservation is confirmed when the business approves it. The business is responsible for availability, service, contact details and the booking or cancellation policy communicated to its guests.

Mytably provides the technical means; it is not the restaurant or venue. Contact the business for changes, delays or service issues. The personal management link gives access to a booking and must not be made public.

Proper use and data

Use the service only for lawful business operations. Malicious or mass misleading requests, interference, unauthorised data collection and content infringing others’ rights are prohibited. Avoid sensitive personal data in notes.

The business determines the purpose of processing bookings and its lawful instructions to the provider. A data processing agreement specifies the parties’ obligations. The privacy notice explains basic practices and rights request channels.

Operation and support

An internet connection and a compatible, up-to-date browser are required. Software updates, maintenance or network problems may temporarily affect access. Specific response times or availability commitments apply only if agreed in writing.

The business should maintain a practical service procedure for temporary loss of connectivity. Backups are used for technical recovery. Requests to export or return data are handled through support under the service agreement and legal obligations.

Rights and changes

The software, Mytably name and visual identity belong to the provider or respective rights holders. The agreement grants use of the agreed service. Business data does not become the provider’s property.

These terms may be updated. Material changes to an existing relationship are governed by its agreement and applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
