Mytably
Getting started
- Request access and setup from Wideview Entertainment. Public self-registration is not currently available.
- Sign in at app.mytably.com with your individual account. Set your preferred interface language.
- The administrator configures business details, areas, tables and staff roles.
- Review a test booking and your notification settings before sharing the public booking link.
An internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required. iOS and Android apps are planned and are not yet available.
app.mytably.comRequests, ready for a decision.
A shared inbox for online booking requests, with the details your team needs to respond.
How it works
- Open Requests to see pending bookings with guest name, contact details, date, party size and notes.
- Choose Approve, select a suitable table and check the reservation details in the dialog.
- Confirm the reservation or reject the request. Email updates follow the enabled notification settings.
Work with the view that suits you.
Use the reservation list, calendar or floor plan to organise your day and the available tables.
How it works
- Choose the date and area. Switch between the available reservation views.
- Create a booking with guest details, party size, table and time. Use table-combination suggestions when offered.
- Open a reservation to review or edit it. Changes depend on your staff role.
A floor plan that feels like your venue.
Build areas and arrange tables visually, instead of interpreting a list of names.
How it works
- Create an area and the tables it contains, including names and seating capacity.
- Open its designer. Position tables and add available layout elements; adjust size, grid and zoom.
- Save your changes before leaving, then use the floor plan in Reservations.
Individual accounts. Clear responsibilities.
Give your administrator, managers and viewers the access each person needs.
How it works
- The business administrator opens Staff and creates an individual account for each team member.
- Choose the role: administrator, manager or viewer. Use separate credentials for each person.
- Review the staff list and status when responsibilities change.
Keep guests and staff informed.
Configure email confirmations, outcomes, reminders and alerts from one place.
How it works
- Open Settings → Notifications and choose which types of email to enable.
- Set the reminder lead time and the recipient for new-request staff alerts. Adapt templates in English, Greek or German.
- Check the sent log for queued, sent, failed or skipped messages. Review failures before retrying.
Understand the reservations you already have.
Daily summaries and date-range reports help you see guest activity and booking patterns.
How it works
- Open Analytics as an administrator or manager for the daily overview.
- Choose a date range to review total guests, average party size, cancellations, busiest days and activity by area.
- Export the date-range report as CSV for your own reporting.
Your website stays yours.
Share a booking page or embed the booking flow in your existing site.
How it works
- Configure the business booking details and review the public booking page.
- Open Settings → Widget to prepare and copy the available embed code for your website.
- A guest submits a request and can use their personal management link to see its status or cancel it.
Set the details once. Keep the day consistent.
Business settings connect your opening hours, time zone, identity and booking experience.
How it works
- An administrator reviews the business name, contact details, opening hours and time zone in Settings.
- Configure business-specific options and upload the venue logo where supported.
- Check the public booking page and the staff view after saving. Choose your interface language from the language selector.
Connections for your own workflow.
The business API and webhooks let a developer connect external systems to your booking flow.
How it works
- An administrator opens Settings → API and creates a named API key. Store the secret securely when it is shown.
- Use the API to read business details and daily request counts, create or list booking requests and cancel supported bookings.
- Configure an HTTPS webhook endpoint and select booking events. Your developer verifies signatures and reviews delivery status.
Who can do what?
- Administrator
- Business setup, areas, tables, staff, reservations and analytics.
- Manager
- Create and edit reservations, review requests and view analytics.
- Viewer
- View reservations and follow the service without editing bookings.
When something needs attention
I cannot sign in.
Check your email address and password. Use Forgot password to request a recovery link; open the latest link in the same browser used for the request. Ask your administrator to confirm that your staff account is active.
A request has not become a reservation.
Open Requests. An authorised staff member must review the request, assign a suitable table and approve it.
An email did not arrive.
Check spam, the guest email address, notification settings and the sent log. Failed or skipped messages need investigation before retrying.
I cannot see a menu or change an item.
Available controls depend on your role. Ask the business administrator to check your access; a viewer cannot edit reservations.
My floor-plan changes disappeared.
Save inside the designer before navigating away. If saving reports an error, keep the editor open and check your connection.
